So I was in Colorado recently. Needed to rent a car. Normally a PITA but I was recommended this up and coming rental company – Silvercar.
Silvercar bills itself as ‘car rental that doesn’t suck’. You rent using a mobile app and every car is a silver Audi. All vehicles come with GPS, Wi-Fi and satellite radio and gas charges are local pump prices, plus $5.

Rates vary from $49 to $89 per day and vary widely between locations. Your destination and dates will determine whether the cost is worth it compared with the usual rental car suspects. Prices for an economy car from a mainsteam rental agency during the same time were almost the same as Silvercar’s.
Customer service is great and no lines to wait in or paperwork to complete. Plus…every Silvercar is an Audi!
